- Please do not arrive before your booked time
- Ring the main doorbell
- We will provide you with the phone number of the staff member on duty during your booking. You can either ring the front bell to be let in or call the duty member.
- A member of staff will remain on site during the booking and will be available to help
- No smoking
- Alcohol must be approved by venue
- Ask venue staff for bags and dispose of rubbish on site
- Leave promptly after your event
- Leave the space as you found it
- Please leave all rubbish in the designated bins. If it's more than a binfull, speak to the duty staff member about helping to carry it outside to the rubbish point. Please set down all furniture and return the space to how you found it.
Parking and loading
- There are no parking spaces on site
- There is on-street parking but some restrictions apply on weekdays and weekends
- There is a designated space for unloading on site
- You'll need to use the back entrance on Greenwell St. Please let us know if this is a requirement as there is a room between the unloading bay and the lift which is sometimes hired out and we need to coordinate usage.
