Working garden with flower beds and grass. Suitable for garden parties and children's parties. The garden has a working tap and an electrical socket. If music it being played we ask that it is at a respectful volume so it doesn't disturb the neighbours. We also ask that it is turned off by 8pm. Designed for small professional functions and could be used as a computer training room, boardroom, or exhibition space. It houses state-of-the-art equipment and provides high-speed internet access. Our smaller rooms are perfect for more intimate events or space for breakout sessions.

The Emerald suite doubles as a boardroom able to accommodate up to 150 people theatre style. This room has the advantage of being adjacent and extendable to the Ruby Suite. When Combined into one large room it accommodates 220 theatre style.

Our state-of-the-art theatre is available for hire in no-production periods. The 100-seater theatre is equipped with AV, lighting, a projector and special fold-away fixed-tiered seating.
