The service from Sharesy was very good. The only reason for the average score is due to the fact that it wasnt clear what would be out of bounds in relation to the playground. The manager was a little upset that the children has also played in the area containing the toys which was, we assumed part of the playground. This had not been specified as out of bounds. So I feel these areas should be locked to forgo any misunderstanding. Apart from that the service and day went well.

Had a great party. Hall had enough space and everything we needed.

Great modern facilities, everything you need is there. Also very easy to find and access was very smooth. Very pleased
