I am writing to provide a warm and heartfelt reference for Lucy, following our daughter’s First Holy Communion party held at Vita et Pax School Hall on 9th May 2026 (3pm–8pm). From the moment I made my initial enquiry and booking back in January/February, Lucy was outstanding. She was immediately engaged, enthusiastic and genuinely invested in making the day as special as possible. What struck me most was her communication — she was consistently prompt, thorough and reassuring, which meant so much given how busy I know she is. No question was too small, and I always felt completely at ease knowing she was on hand to guide me through the planning process. On the day itself, Lucy was absolutely wonderful. She was attentive and proactive — ensuring the tables were set up perfectly with tablecloths in place, helping arrange the bar area, and assisting with the table decorations we brought from home. She seemed to anticipate every need before it arose, which is a real testament to how thoroughly she had prepared. As a result, neither my family nor I needed to ask for a single thing throughout the entire event — everything simply ran like clockwork. The feedback from our guests was glowing. Family and friends commented repeatedly on how beautifully presented and well-organised the hall was, and on the quality of the facilities on offer. It truly was the perfect setting for such a meaningful occasion. I should also add, that my family can be rather demanding! Lucy handled every request and last-minute question with patience, warmth and grace. She never made us feel like anything was too much trouble, and that level of care made an enormous difference to the whole experience. I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend Lucy and Vita et Pax School Hall to anyone looking for a venue for a family celebration or function. She is a genuine asset to the team.
