Internally cancelled 2 days to event had to cancel my workshop

The booking was internally cancelled a couple of days before the workshop, I had to postpone the event as it was such short notice to book an alternative. It was quite disappointing as people we're really looking forward to it - I will need a full refund

It was a really, cool space, I would have loved to have been able to use the built in feature like the to or classroom projector and not having access to the internet severely impacted the flow of my workshop, I feel it should be a main feature in booking the room because thee will always be a need for the internet and the mobile service in the rooms particularly poor. Other than this it was a pretty easy space to use
