Booking was very easy and I received several follow up emails and a call confirming the details and checking my requirements. I was welcomed and shown to my room which was much bigger than expected and was a very modern and professional environment for a meeting. Tea and coffee were provided. There was good internet service. The receptionist was very helpful. It was good value for money.
