Space was great, staff helpful (in-person), all equipment as needed. However, they were 30 mins late to open the building for us - not great when many musicians' (expensive) time is on the line.

Good venue would use again. However the microwave was on the ground floor and the hall is on the 3rd which made it very hard to warm food, the lift was a bit slow but apart from that the venue had everything we needed, well lit, had air conditioning and great equipment for playing music.
