Feldy Centre hire.

They were very strict with their rules. The management on site had no manners and called us over by hand movements. Regarding me deposit I’m meant to get back.. I’m having to constantly chase that up??? I still haven’t received my deposit. I messaged the person I done the booking with and no response. I will not be booking here again. Many many many of my guests said the same. ‍ Venue's response ‍ Dear Aniqa, Thank you for your review and we're sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with your hire. The rules are a requirement when hiring with us and for this reason, we ensure it is all clearly stated on Sharesy, alongside the booking form that you signed in agreement, and unfortunately, these were not adhered to on the day. We recently hosted our newborn son's welcoming to our family at Feldy Events Space and had a wonderful experience. The venue provided a beautiful setting for this special milestone in our family. The space itself was lovely and well-maintained, with good facilities that accommodated our guests comfortably. Staff were helpful throughout the event. The venue worked perfectly for our celebration. I would definitely recommend Feldy Events Space to other families planning aqiqah celebrations or similar events. Amazing customer service by the receptionist Dilwar, throughout the night. The hall was super covenient for a kids birthday party, clean and spacious. Cannot thank Dilwar enough! For being super helpful.
