Super luxurious & clean space to train in. The space has a very private & exclusive atmosphere to it. Fully equipped and high quality equipment too. The studio has plenty of options to keep training session really dynamic and engaging each time. Location is super convenient - which is a bonus ! The owner maintains the space at the highest of standards and is so knowledgeable. He has been incredibly helpful in ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and the PTs, always accommodating to each sessions needs !

Absolutely love training here! The space is private, well-equipped, and has everything my trainer and I need for our sessions. Unlike big commercial gyms, it’s never overcrowded, so we can focus without distractions. The equipment is top-quality, and the atmosphere is motivating but not intimidating. It’s clear a lot of thought has gone into making this a great space for personal training. If you’re looking for a professional and well-maintained gym to train in, I highly recommend it!

This has been a great place to run my personal training business from. The equipment is top-notch and always kept in great condition, my clients have loved using it. Bobby the owner is a lovely guy who has been a PT and understands what a personal trainer needs to run their business, this has been a breath of fresh air after years of working out of "big box" gyms that never seem to care about their coaches.
