Customer service 0 Health and safety 0 Rudeness 10/10 Communication 0 Would not recommend. During the viewing, everything appeared to be in full working order. However, on the day of our event, the kitchen and all of the electrics were not working. We were only informed about these issues the day before, after payment had already been made. As a result, we had to provide our own lighting and air conditioning, which caused unnecessary stress and disruption. The condition of the venue was not as represented during the viewing, and it had a significant impact on our event.
