House rules
- Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before the start time
- Wait in reception if the space is open, if it is locked then please wait for a member of staff to arrive and open up.
- If the booking is out-with normal operating hours, someone will be coming onsite to open up and assist you! They will arrive 5 - 15 minutes prior to the confirmed booking time. Please reach out if someone has not arrived 5 minutes prior to your booking time.
- A member of staff will remain on site during the booking and will be available to help
- No smoking
- No vaping
- Alcohol must be approved by venue
- Ask venue staff for bags and dispose of rubbish on site
- Leave promptly after your event

Property damage
In the event of any damage to the space or any other part of the venue property, Sharesy reserves the right to make deductions from the payment method used.
