• Please arrive no more than 30 minutes before the start time
• Wait in reception for a member of staff
• There will be a security officer assigned to your event. Organiser must arrive at the front office to be led to the hall. Organisers can then direct their guests to the hall.
• A member of staff will remain on site during the booking and will be available to help
• No smoking
• No vaping
• Alcohol must be approved by venue
• Electrical equipment must be PAT tested and approved for use
• Bring your own bags and take the rubbish with you
• Leave promptly after your event
• Leave the space as you found it
• Bookers must report to the front/security office to register their departure

Parking and loading

• There are no parking spaces on site
• There is on-street parking but some restrictions apply on weekdays and weekends
• There is a designated space for unloading on site on Romford Road

In the event of any damage to the space or any other part of the venue property, Sharesy reserves the right to make deductions from the payment method used.

We'll make sure to notify you in advance of making any deductions and will, whenever possible, provide you with photographic or other documentary evidence of the damage.
