This space is a hall inside a church building, with capacity for 60(seated) to 80(total) people. There are on site toilets including a disabled toilet. Hall is at ground level with large double doors at front entrance. A small kitchen with dishwasher and oven is available immediately next to the hall. Chairs and tables are also available, included in rental fee. On site trash disposal. Free WiFi during event. There is a limited number of parking spaces out back of the building, first come first serve shared parking for the estate. It’s not a through road so even if parking spaces are full generally a vehicle can double park for a quick unload if needed.

House rules

  • Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before the start time
  • Please be in touch with staff so that on site staff can let you in. Main doorbell may be rung, however staff may be in a location other than where the doorbell sounds so please go ahead and text or call.
  • There are two entrances : one is main entrance where double doors open off the pavement in the front of the building. This it the entrance guests usually arrive from. The second door is just off Bayonne Road and is accessible to parking spaces for loading/unloading. Please have whoever is responsible for the rental arrive at this door so that staff can let them in. This is also where you will find the doorbell.
  • There won't be a member of staff on site during your booking. If you have any issues contact the venue contact provided
  • No smoking

  • Leave promptly after your event

The hall is ideal for meetings, with chairs and tables easily accessible. There is also a kitchen attached to the hall, which we used. We were met by Brandon, who showed us where to find everything. Great communication throughout the booking process via Sharesy and directly with Brandon at Twynholm. Thank you!
