House rules
- Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before the start time
- Access via entryphone
- Find the big colourful gate half way on the left of Fountayne Road, then on the gate to the right there is a digi-pad, enter 13, and I'll buzz you in.
- Walk up the courtyard to unit 13 on the right with the 2 green chairs.
- A member of staff will remain on site during the booking and will be available to help

- Ask venue staff for bags and dispose of rubbish on site
- Leave promptly after your event

Parking and loading
- There are no parking spaces on site
- There is on-street parking but some restrictions apply on weekdays and weekends
- There is a designated space for unloading on site. Access is via a gate into the private courtyard, where they can drive right up to the ground floor access door.
