- Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before the start time
- Ring the main doorbell
- The booker and guests will ring the intercom of unit 19 and then a member of staff can let the booker in for them to then let guests in after via the same method.
- There won't be a member of staff on site during your booking. If you have any issues contact the venue contact provided
