House rules
- Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before the start time
- Anybody who wants to view the the premise will have to by appointment as the venue space is is only open on event days and viewings
- A member of staff will remain on site during the booking and will be available to help
- No smoking
- Alcohol must be approved by venue
- Bring your own bags and take the rubbish with you
- Leave promptly after your event
- Leave the space as you found it - in a clean and tidy state

- There is on-street parking but some restrictions apply on weekends

In the event of any damage to the space or any other part of the venue property, Sharesy reserves the right to make deductions from the payment method used.
We'll make sure to notify you in advance of making any deductions and will, whenever possible, provide you with photographic or other documentary evidence of the damage.
