The Exchange Hire, The Exchange
The Exchange operates as a fully licensed venue. For events where alcohol is served, all alcoholic beverages must be supplied and managed by The Exchange. The venue retains full control of the bar operation and all bar sales.
External alcohol sales, third-party bars, or clients bringing alcohol onto the premises are not permitted unless expressly agreed in advance by The Exchange.
After making the booking on Sharesy, a refundable £250 deposit is required to cover damages and cleaning to secure the space, which is returned after the event providing the deposit terms are met. This is taken directly by the venue after booking on Sharesy and is separate from hire fees.

In the event of any damage to the space or any other part of the venue property, Sharesy reserves the right to make deductions from the payment method used.
We'll make sure to notify you in advance of making any deductions and will, whenever possible, provide you with photographic or other documentary evidence of the damage.
