- No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere inside the building. Any damage caused to the room, furniture, fixtures, equipment, or premises during the hire period will result in additional charges to cover repair or replacement costs. Guests must respect the venue, staff, and neighbouring properties at all times. Excessive noise, disorderly behaviour, or illegal activities will not be tolerated and may result in the booking being terminated without refund. All personal belongings must be removed at the end of the hire period. The venue accepts no responsibility for lost or unattended items. The hirer is responsible for ensuring that all guests comply with these terms and conditions. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or end an event if these conditions are breached.
