Venue policies
House rules
- Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before the start time
- Front door is open 9-5 Monday - Friday. Outside of these hours bookers will receive entry codes to access the building and the room they have hired.
- Bookers are responsible for letting their guests into the building. Guests should wait in reception until the room is available to access.
- There will not be a member of staff on site at weekends or after 5 pm during the week. No smoking
- No loud music
- No vaping
- Alcohol must be approved by venue
- Alcohol is allowed provided it's not for sale.
- Bring your own bags and take the rubbish with you
- Leave promptly after your event
- Leave the space as you found it
- Turn off lights and lock the doors please.
Parking and loading
- There are no parking spaces on site
- There is on-street parking but restrictions apply weekdays between 9 am and 5 pm
- There are no designated loading bays. Please unload from where you park.

We'll make sure to notify you in advance of making any deductions and will, whenever possible, provide you with photographic or other documentary evidence of the damage.
