- Contact our team when you are parked (We will share the contact details with a confirmed booking) and in turn, we will direct you to your event space.
- A member of staff will remain on site during the booking and will be available to help

- Ask venue staff for bags and dispose of rubbish on site

In the event of any damage to the space or any other part of the venue property, Sharesy reserves the right to make deductions from the payment method used.
We'll make sure to notify you in advance of making any deductions and will, whenever possible, provide you with photographic or other documentary evidence of the damage.
