Hourly pricing will vary due to flat fixed costs applied to all bookings, regardless of booking duration: cleaning = £40, admin = £50 & utilities fee = £10.

House rules
- Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before the start time
- Ring the main doorbell
- Upon arrival, bookers and guests should buzz at the main entrance to gain entry to the site. The buzzer is located on the right hand side of the main gate.
- A member of staff will remain on site during the booking and will be available to help
- Alcohol must be approved by venue
- Bring your own bags and dispose of rubbish on site
- Leave promptly after your event
- Leave the space as you found it
- Any moved furniture must be returned to its original position
Parking and loading
- There are no parking spaces on site
- There is on-street parking but some restrictions apply on weekdays and weekends
- There is a designated space for unloading on site. Loading can be via our driveway

In the event of any damage to the space or any other part of the venue property, Sharesy reserves the right to make deductions from the payment method used.
We'll make sure to notify you in advance of making any deductions and will, whenever possible, provide you with photographic or other documentary evidence of the damage.
