We operate on a minimum spend arrangement whereby any food or drink items purchased directly from J&T East will count towards the agreed minimum spend. In addition, the minimum spend includes set-up, take-down, staffing, security, bar set-up, etc. for any services provided directly by J&T East. Please note that a 10% non-refundable deposit is necessary to confirm your booking date. After the deposit is made, the date and venue will be secured; however, any changes to the date or event space will depend on availability and may incur an additional fee. Your second deposit of 25% must be paid at least 60 days before the event date. If the event date is less then 60 days from enquiry date, 25% deposit must be authorised in addition to 10% non-refundable deposit to confirm the booking. Cancellation Policy: A full refund of your 25% deposit is available if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before the event. A 50% refund of your deposit is provided for cancellations made between 30 and 60 days prior to the event. No refund will be given for cancellations made less than 30 days before the event. Please note that if the minimum spend is not met, payment of the remaining balance must be settled at the conclusion of the event.
