Venue policies
House rules
- Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before the start time
- Wait at the front entrance or gates, for a member of staff
- The Alpaca will call our bookings on the day, well in advance of arrival to confirm everything can go ahead as expected. Upon arrival at the venue you will be greeted by the host
- A member of staff will remain on site during the booking and will be available to help
- No smoking
- No vaping
- Alcohol must be approved by venue
- Ask venue staff for bags and dispose of rubbish on site
- Leave promptly after your event
- Leave the space as you found it
- For evening events we request guests to leave quietly, with respect of our neighbours
Parking and loading
- There are no parking spaces on site
- There is on-street parking but some restrictions apply on weekdays and weekends
- There is no designated loading bay, please unload from where you have parked.

We'll make sure to notify you in advance of making any deductions and will, whenever possible, provide you with photographic or other documentary evidence of the damage.
