We are offering the opportunity to hire our professional classroom on a flexible, Pay As You Go basis ideal for First Aid, SIA, or other short training courses.
Our space is ideal for First Aid and SIA courses offering equipment at an additional charge to help facilitate these classes, please see the extras for this after clicking reserve.
The room comes with free WiFi, heating, fan, and access to toilets. Setup assistance available if required.
The weekday daily rate is £250 for 9 hours, if you would like less than 9 hours, the minimum daily cost would need to be met of £250 by selecting the 9 hours on the website. You can spend anytime up to 9 hours as long as the daily spend of £250 is met.

Venue policies
House rules
- Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before the start time
- Contact person will be meeting the bookers and they will have the contact details.
- Meet and greet will be arranged and the bookers will be escorted to the classroom.
- A member of staff will remain on site during the booking and will be available to help
- No smoking

- Bring your own bags and dispose of rubbish on site

- - General Use Rules
- • No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the building.
- • No alcohol or illegal substances permitted.
- • Pay-as-you-go basis, no long-term contracts required.
- • No cleaning fee—guests must leave the room tidy.
- - Room & Equipment Rules
- • Furniture must be returned to original layout after use.
- • AV equipment and projectors should be switched off after use.
- • Any damages or breakages must be reported immediately and may incur repair/replacement charges.
- • No items should be removed from the room without prior consent.
- - Access & Security
- • Maximum capacity limit must not be exceeded
- - Behavioural Guidelines
- • Noise levels must be respectful to neighbours or other tenants.
- • No disruptive activities that could disturb other businesses or training groups.
- • Use of communal areas (toilets, corridors) must be considerate towards other building users.
- - Timing & Cancellations
- • Strict adherence to booked times—early arrival or late departure must be agreed in advance.
- - Parking and Amenities
- • Parking is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. You could remind guests not to block exits or other vehicles.
- • Refreshments (tea/coffee/snacks) should be consumed responsibly and only in designated areas.
- - Liability & Insurance
- • We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left unattended.
- • Renters must have appropriate insurance coverage for their activities, if applicable.

- There are no designated loading bays. Please unload from where you park.
