House rules

• Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before the start time
• You will have to check in with reception (or call the studio) and then you will be given an access pass that will get you into our studios (we're a building with a building) and then do check in with our staff who can show you to your space
• We are a building within a building, located on the 2nd floor. We are all step free accessible. When you are given a pass by reception go up to the second floor. Turn right, go through the double doors and we are located at the far end of the corridor. Turn right through those doors and you be within the studios.
• A member of staff will remain on site during the booking and will be available to help
• No smoking
• No vaping
• Alcohol must be approved by venue
• Bring your own bags and dispose of rubbish on site
• Leave promptly after your event
• Leave the space as you found it
• Please let a member of staff know when you're leaving.

Parking and loading

• There are no parking spaces on site
• There is no on-street parking directly outside the venue
• There are no designated loading bays. Please unload from where you park.

In the event of any damage to the space or any other part of the venue property, Sharesy reserves the right to make deductions from the payment method used.

We'll make sure to notify you in advance of making any deductions and will, whenever possible, provide you with photographic or other documentary evidence of the damage.
