- Buzz the studio or Call the number provided To access the studio: 1. When you reach 55-57 Holmes Road, the buzzer will be on your right-hand side. 2. Buzz Studio G If there is no reply, call me on 07947 606 353. 3. Go through the gate and through a second glass door (on your right) labelled OFFICES. 4. Go through the third door again on your right-hand side. 5. Go all the way down the stairs. 6. At the bottom of the stairs turn right and walk to Unit G. There won't be a member of staff on site during your booking. If you have any issues contact the venue contact provided No smoking

- Leave promptly after your event Leave the space as you found it You must include takedown and clean up time within the hours booked to avoid overtime charges. Bookers should make an effort to return the studio to the same state they found it in, and ensure that any furniture used is placed back where it was originally located. 1. Please notify me 15-30min before leaving. 2. If applicable switch off the power sockets connected to the radiators and the main light. 3. Exit, close and LOCK the door. 4. Replace the key and fob in the key safe. 5. Shuffle the numbers. 6. Double check the door is LOCKED 7. Text me LOCKED to let me know that you’re leaving.

The studio is well-equipped and spacious, with plenty of room for talent to prepare. Additional equipment is available at a very reasonable cost. Alexis is very helpful. Overall, perfect for what I needed.

We could not have been happier with the studio and the service Alexis gave. The space was just what we wanted, good facilities and room enough for all our team. Alexis went above and beyond at every stage, efficiently, effectively and kindly. His comms were instant and always helpful, with a totally 'can do' attitude and he also seemed interested and engaged in our campaign. We recommend 150%
