- Ring the main doorbell
- Press the buzzer at the main entrance on Kenninghall Road and wait for someone to open the gate, and the same with entrance on Walsingham Road
- A member of staff will remain on site during the booking and will be available to help

- Make sure the venue is left very tidy and no damage to floor, walls, furniture or equipments
