The Church Hire, St Peter's Church Acton Green
A large spacious church with excellent acoustics.
A very large space that has seated up to 600 in a concert.
The pews can be moved to the side to have a completely open space.
A good venue for rehearsals, concerts & events.
The Church at St Peter's can be booked in sessions for a flat rate which is inclusive of heating costs for the church (usually an additional £90). The sessions are as follows:
- Morning: 8am - 12pm
- Afternoon: 1pm - 5pm
- Evening: 6pm - 11pm (all music must be off / concerts must be finished by 10pm as this is a residential area)

- You will be sent the caretaker's contact number prior to the booking
- If the church is not open when you arrive the caretaker may be inside the building, please call to let them know you have arrived
- There won't be a member of staff on site during your booking

- Alcohol must be approved by venue
- Bring your own bags and take the rubbish with you
- Leave promptly after your event
- Leave the space as you found it
- Please ensure all doors are closed and locked behind you

Wonderful package, spacious hall, clean and useful amenities (oven, fridge, utensils). Kind caretaker and helped us set up the tables and chairs. Will definitely be happy to rent the space again in the future.

Property damage
In the event of any damage to the space or any other part of the venue property, Sharesy reserves the right to make deductions from the payment method used.
We'll make sure to notify you in advance of making any deductions and will, whenever possible, provide you with photographic or other documentary evidence of the damage.
Insurance
We do not require PLI for low risk events. Concerts must have their own PLI as they have to cover music licensing and equipment issues (blowing the electrics, etc.) One off recitals by individuals or pairs of musicians do not need PLI as long as they cover their own music performance licensing. All activity providers must have their own PLI.
