- Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before the start time
- Wait at the front entrance or gates, for a member of staff
- There won't be a member of staff on site during your booking. If you have any issues contact the venue contact provided
- No smoking inside
- No smoking outside the front entrance of the church
- No loud music
- No vaping
- Alcohol must be approved by venue
- If the venue has agreed for alcohol to be consumed on the premises, those attending the event will not drink any alcohol outside the church either in the forecourt entrance or on the benches
- Bring your own bags and take the rubbish with you off site, not the bins by the entrance
- If you complete the tidy up of the venue before the agreed time of closing, you must call the mobile number to inform the designated team member due to lock up that you are ready to leave
- You must not leave the church spaces in this venue unattended
- Leave promptly after your event
- Leave the space as you found it

I am so disappointed the room was not as described it was supposed to be able to accommodate 25-30 I’d say 10-15 max plus there was a concert happening downstairs total shambles !

The venue is nice however - we was left with not enough chairs or tables - our event had to begin 3 hours late until we arranged alternative chairs and tables. The number provided was completely unreachable.
