• Please do not arrive before your booked time
• Enter via the Kitchen entrance on Springfield Road, the caretaker will let you in
• Bookers will be given the caretakers number to contact
• A member of staff will be on site if the kitchen is being used. If you have any issues contact the venue contact provided. No smoking
• No vaping
• Alcohol must be approved by venue
• Bring your own bags and take the rubbish with you
• Leave promptly after your event
• Leave the space as you found it
• Be considerate regarding noise for neighbours
• Close doors on exit and clear all rubbish
• The School has a “Nut Free” policy. Please ensure that all tables, and work surfaces are cleaned thoroughly to remove possible nut contamination.

Parking and loading

• There are no parking spaces on site
• There is on-street parking but some restrictions apply on weekdays
• There are no designated loading bays. Please unload from where you park.

Property damage

In the event of any damage to the space or any other part of the venue property, Sharesy reserves the right to make deductions from the payment method used.

We'll make sure to notify you in advance of making any deductions and will, whenever possible, provide you with photographic or other documentary evidence of the damage.
