House rules
- Please do not arrive before your booked time
- Get in touch with Feodor prior and we will be there for you

- A member of staff will remain on site during the booking and will be available to help

- We are fully licensed venue, with food and alcohol license. We do not allow any external food nor alcohol unless arranged in advance
- Bring your own bags and take the rubbish with you

- We supervise each booking, and there will always be someone on site. We ask to consider people living close by for the bookers to make as less noise as possible outside of the venue.
Parking and loading

- We do have space, and sometimes its available if not used by guests and our full time tenants
