- Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before the start time
- A key will be provided for entry into the building.
- This key can be collected upon arrangement with the hall manager a couple of days beforehand.
- When your booking is confirmed you will be sent a confirmation email, which includes a link to the venue’s Hall Hire Handbook. It is important that you download and read this beforehand as it contains important information about how to use the hall and facilities and get the most out of your booking.
- No smoking or vaping inside
- No smoking or vaping outside the front entrance of the church, including on the steps area or access ramp.
- No helium-filled balloons
- No loud music (the venue is in a residential and conservation area)
- Alcohol must be approved by venue beforehand
- If the venue has agreed for alcohol to be consumed on the premises, those attending the event will not drink any alcohol outside the church, either on the steps or surrounding area, including the nearby benches.
- Bring your own refuse and recycling bags and please take all rubbish away with you. (Rubbish left in or around the venue, on the street or in our bins will incur additional charges.)
- Leave promptly after your event
- Leave the space as you found it.

We have hired the St Andrew's Whitehall Park Church Hall for several children's birthday parties over the past few years. It's a bright, roomy, welcoming space. The church team are always very friendly and helpful, and the facilities are clean, well-equipped and well-kept. It works very smoothly and our children and guests always have a lovely time. Highly recommended.
