- Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before the start time
- Somebody usually myself will unlock the premises approximately 10 mins before booking begins.
- Arriving in the car park you can unload then park if space. I or someone will be there to meet show you around answer any questions.
- There won't be a member of staff on site during your booking. If you have any issues contact the venue contact provided
- No smoking

- Alcohol must be approved by venue
- Bring your own bags and take the rubbish with you
- Leave promptly after your event
- Leave the space as you found it
- To leave as they find. If late to leave quietly and to ensure all rubbish has been collected and taken with hirer home.

Property damage
In the event of any damage to the space or any other part of the venue property, Sharesy reserves the right to make deductions from the payment method used.
We'll make sure to notify you in advance of making any deductions and will, whenever possible, provide you with photographic or other documentary evidence of the damage.
