Venue policies
House rules
- Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before the start time
- They will be met at the main door of the venue on Hertford Road
- There won't be a member of staff on site during your booking
- If you have any issues contact the venue contact provided
- No smoking
- No vaping
- Alcohol must be approved by venue
- Bring your own bags and dispose of rubbish on site
- Leave promptly after your event
- Leave the space as you found it
- All bookers who leave after the end of their let (which will include the time they need to clear up) will be charged at double rate for each hour or part of an hour
Parking and loading
- There are 10 parking spaces on site - please do not park or drive on the grass
- There is a parking bay on Hertford Road in which there is usually space
- There is no designated loading bay, please unload from where you have parked - a pull-along wagon can be provided on request

What a lovely hall! Gem in our community. The team at the hall were fantastic and could not have done anything better to support us. The ease of booking and communication was great. The hall itself has all the facilities you would expect with the addition of a car park. Would highly recommend!
