- Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before the start time
- Wait in reception for a member of staff
- To inform the member of staff at the reception desk of their arrival and who they expect to meet that day. Bookers and guests can wait in the reception lounge to be greeted by the member of the team overseeing the booking that day.
- A member of staff will remain on site during the booking and will be available to help
