The main hall was a bit smaller than we thought, but the space in general was good and allowed us to have a relaxed, successful and memorable event.

The venue is great but organisation very poor, unfortunately. we were told they’d introduce us to the main contact 48h prior to the event. On Friday 2.30pm we still didn’t have a phone number so we contacted the school and then shares (the event was on Sunday). No one replied until Sunday when we received an automated email with a phone number one hour prior to the start of the event. First no one picks up. Then they pick up and they say they’re off . Very stressful as we had 30 people coming and potentially no venue! That guy that was off (technically our main contact) made some calls and then confirmed that there would be someone there to Let us in). The venue was good and kids had a nice time but the organisation was poor, which made the whole experience quite stressful.

Staff were very helpful and accommosationg and went above and beyond to make the event a success. Good facilities and a nice location if a bit far from public transport.
