Rise Up Muay Thai is a Muay Thai gym and training space in the UK that opened on 18 January 2026 and welcomes everyone from complete beginners to experienced fighters to train in the art of Thai boxing.  The gym is fully equipped for martial arts and fitness sessions, with gear and space designed to support striking practice, conditioning, and general physical training.  It focuses on building confidence, discipline, and strength through structured classes and sessions that help members improve both their combat skills and overall fitness.
