Rhapsody Room Hire, Harmony Hall
The main hall at Harmony Hall a bright, ground-floor community space in Walthamstow with a stage, seating up to 100 or standing capacity for 150. The stage makes it a great fit for performances, theatre productions, recitals, talent shows and rehearsals, as well as children's birthday parties, baby showers, christenings, micro weddings and larger community events. Fitness classes and workshops needing extra floor space are also well suited to the room. Flexible layout options make it easy to configure for parties, performances or group activities.
Venue policies
- Bookings must be confirmed with a signed hire agreement and payment of the £250 security deposit before access is granted.
- Minimum hire period is 3 hours.
- Hire hours are 8am–10pm, Monday–Saturday. Sunday is fully booked
- Add-ons (kitchen, AV/PA, Round and rectangle tables, tablecloths, cleaning) must be requested at the time of booking. If you need fewer than the 10 on the add on list still book it and let us know we will adjust the bill.
- Cancellations and changes are subject to our standard terms and conditions, available on request.

Parking and loading

- so we'd suggest allowing extra time or using public transport where possible. The Mall Walthamstow car park is nearby for hirers who prefer to drive. Loading access is available at the venue entrance for setting up and breaking down events.
