We offer a versatile venue in West London, perfect for a range of events from children's parties to weddings, corporate dos to anniversaries. The space is designed with an elegant touch, providing a welcoming atmosphere and calm energy.

Flexible Layouts: Customisable spaces to accommodate various event sizes and formats. We have space for bouncy castles, soft play areas, photobooths, canteen dining or theatre style and lots more. Our stage is perfect for entertainers or bands.
Amenities: We have AV available with two wireless microphones and a 60inch screen both available to hire.
Decor: Interior by Ilse Crawford that creates a sophisticated ambiance. Large windows means we have beautiful natural light in the space.
Community Engagement: By choosing Refettorio Felix, you directly contribute to local community initiatives and charitable efforts - we run a community kitchen during the day serving free meals and support services to vulnerable adults.

After making the booking on Sharesy, a £500 refundable deposit is required to secure the space, which is returned after the event providing the deposit terms are met. This is taken directly by the venue after booking on Sharesy and is separate from hire fees.

- Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before the start time
- Please ring the doorbell when you arrive
- Our venue manager will be onsite to let you in, and throughout the venue hire
- They will assist with any issues you have, ensure that you have left the venue in an acceptable state and lock up at the end of the hire period
- A member of staff will remain on site during the booking and will be available to help

Beautiful hall for a venue hire. I would highly recommend this space in Earls Court for a supper club, wedding, anniversary, or anything else.

My wife and I had a joint 50th birthday party at Refettorio Felix with around 80 guests total - 60 adults and 20 children. The guests loved the venue, it's spacious, airy and light. The event management at RF was great - Grace helped us plan the details of the party, and Brady was at the venue on the day - he was very helpful and knowledgeable. I can highly recommend Refettorio Felix for your event!
