Priory Room & Kitchen Hire, Abbey Community Centre

Our welcoming Priory Room features a fabulous modern kitchen, making it an ideal venue for cookery classes, baking workshops and food-related activities. The room can also be hired with use of the kitchen for meetings, group sessions and community activities.

Kitchen facilities include:

• Two hobs and two ovens
• Two sinks
• Commercial dishwasher
• Fridge and freezer space, available by prior agreement

A selection of cookware, crockery and utensils may also be available by prior arrangement, including baking trays, pans, plates, mugs and cutlery.

As a community centre, we offer discounted rates for charities and groups delivering activities with a community purpose. Discounts may also be available for regular bookings and sessions lasting more than three hours. Please use the 'message venue' button below the map to discuss any requirements.

For the Priory Room discounts are also available for groups not using the kitchen space.

After making the booking on Sharesy, a £150 refundable deposit is required to secure the space, which is returned after the event providing the deposit terms are met. This is taken directly by the venue after booking on Sharesy and is separate from hire fees.
