- Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before the start time
- Ring the main doorbell
- We have an intercom system. Simply buzz and the door will be opened. The venue has a series of adjoined rooms so we can create a waiting area, separate from the activity area if required.
- A member of staff will remain on site during the booking and will be available to help

- Ask venue staff for bags and dispose of rubbish on site
