The Venue Hall: A Spacious Area Featuring a Sprung Floor
Located on the first floor of the O2 Centre, The Venue Hall is the largest of the four spaces available to hire, spanning over 200 square meters. It’s an ideal choice for local businesses, community groups, rehearsal, filming or classes. The hall features a sprung wooden floor and a mirrored wall, making it perfect for exercise classes and rehearsals.
Included Rentals
Tables and chairs, air conditioning, large monitor, PA system, and microphones are available for use, subject to availability.
Facilities and Catering Options
The space includes a small kitchen for making refreshments; however, you will need to bring your own equipment. Additionally, you are welcome to arrange for your own caterers if desired. The nearest public toilets are located to the entrance of the corridor on the second floor. This space has air conditioning units available to use.
If you're planning to reserve this space for a birthday party, please note that the nearest toilets are located along the corridor next to Gymboree, as there are no facilities available in The Venue.
Discounts for Non-Profits
Charities and non‑profit organisations are eligible for a discounted rate if you book during weekdays only.
Weekend bookings are considered peak times, and as such, the full standard rate applies for all groups, including charities and non‑profits.
If a charity or non‑profit still wishes to book at a weekend, you are welcome to do so, however there will be no weekend discount will be applied.
Induction and Safety Procedures
All new customers renting the hall will receive a site induction with security upon their first visit to collect the hall keys. This induction will cover all evacuation procedures.
All general enquiries will be responded to during office hours only Mon - Fri 9am to 5pm.

- Do not arrive before the start time
- Should you need additional time to set up/set down you will need to pay for this when booking
- Make your way to the main office to collect the keys from security
- Do not smoke or vape inside the building
- Alcohol consumption is not permitted
- Do not fix decorations to the walls
- No glitter or confetti
- Open flame only permitted on birthday cakes
- Bring your own bin bags and security will dispose of it after your event
- Leave the space as you found it - a broom and mop will be provided
- Leave promptly after your event
- All new hirers will have a site induction with security when they first sign in to collect the keys to the halls. The induction will cover all evacuation procedures.
- The piano in the hall is not available as part of hiring the space. This belongs to another user who does not loan it out and it is locked at all times.

I hosted my full-day NeuroSomatic Breath Repatterning- workshop – 'Rewiring Stress into Health, Presence and Peace' – on Saturday, 28th March 2026, and the experience at O2 Centre for Number Seven was absolutely outstanding! The venue was perfectly suited for our immersive 9AM-6PM transformational event. The spacious room accommodated our group comfortably with excellent natural light and acoustics that amplified the energy of our breathwork and somatic practices beautifully. Flawless logistics: The staff were incredibly professional, helpful, and accommodating from initial inquiry through to pack-down. Kitchen facilities were spotless, technical setup reliable, and parking straightforward. Everything ran smoothly, allowing me to focus entirely on delivering profound transformations for my participants. The venue's serene atmosphere perfectly complemented our neuroscience-backed healing protocols. The team at the O2 Centre are and always have been super helpful and friendly, and clearly wanted to ensure that our event was a success. They were able to meet all our requirements, checked everything was OK on the day, and when we discovered a couple of minor technical issues when we were setting up, they sorted them out very quickly and with no fuss.
