The O'Meara Meeting Room is an ideal setting for meetings, interviews, talking heads filming and small corporate away days.
Set within a characterful former warehouse, the space is designed to encourage creativity and collaboration. It features a main meeting table for up to 10 guests with a Smart TV screen, plus a secondary boardroom table for up to 8 guests, also equipped with a screen.
The open-plan layout includes access to a communal self-serve kitchen, complete with kettles, microwave, small fridge, dishwasher, and cutlery and crockery.
Guests can also enjoy a secluded communal garden, all while being in a prime central London location.
Catering and refreshments can be arranged by the on-site team. Conferencing kit, flipchart, and whiteboard available for hire.
The space is located on the second floor, with stair access only.

- Please buzz our office ‘Southwark Square Ltd’ upon arrival and we will meet you on the 5th floor Penthouse directly. Thank you.
- There won't be a member of staff on site during your booking. If you have any issues contact the venue contact provided
- No smoking
- No loud music
- No vaping
- Alcohol must be approved by venue
- Ask venue staff for bags and dispose of rubbish on site
- Leave promptly after your event
- Leave the space as you found it
- Access time is the same as hire time.
- Use of balconies restricted from 10pm according to level of noise as we are next to a residential area.
- Maximum capacity 60 people in total.
- No fixings to be made to the walls.
- Noise to be kept at ambient levels during hire of venue.
- Kitchen available - no hob.
- No open flames.
- No smoking anywhere at the venue, including the outdoor balcony.
- No loud music.
- Corkage fee applies for bringing in your own drinks.
- Self-catering/external caterer allow with prior consent.
- Standard 60 day
- Cancellations 60 days in advance will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations 60 days to 30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations for events starting within 30 days are non-refundable.
