Venue policies
House rules
- Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before the start time
- Wait at the front entrance or gates, for a member of staff
- Between the hours of 9-5 Monday to Friday, ring the bell for staff in the Bow Arts office to allow access for parking in the courtyard. Alternatively, ring your Nunnery Cafe contact and they will meet you.
- A member of staff will remain on site during the booking and will be available to help Ask venue staff for bags and dispose of rubbish on site
- Leave promptly after your event
- Leave the space as you found it
- Inform Nunnery Cafe contact when you have left the venue
Parking and loading
- There are no parking spaces on site
- There is no on-street parking directly outside the venue
- There is a designated space for unloading on site
- Down the alleyway, outside the cafe.
