The side room is included in the booking and it's often used as an additional area for food and drink
A £50 caretaker fee is included in the price, so someone will be on hand to open and close the venue for your event

Spacious hall. Side room and kitchen came in quite handy. We hired it for our son’s birthday party and it went well. Phone signals are not good around there and the venue does not have WiFi.
Very good service! Good location, other suggestion is to leave sight earlier due to the Northolt traffic. But overall good experience! Definitely would rebook

Had a party here for my sons 18th. Lovely venue. We were a group of 30. Lots of space. We hired speakers and lights. Lots of tables for food and beverages. Parking - Kitchen -
Easy to book and good staff to assist in opening and closing. The postcode sent guests to the road opposite so we had some confusion initially, would suggest signposting. No outside bin meant we had to pack our rubbish into a car with us. Good party and good venue.
