The black gate on Nutley Terrace will be unlocked 15 minutes prior to your booking. If this is your first booking, a member of staff will meet you at the gate and show you to the space.
A member of staff will remain on site during the booking and will be available to help

The staff were very friendly and helpful in helping us set up the room and guiding guests, and I'd like to thank them for their warm welcome! The only minor problem we had was a lack of mobile reception within the room. We had to have someone stay near the entrance upstairs as guests were arriving, in case anyone was trying to call us for directions. Thankfully the weather wasn't too hot while we were hosting our event. If it had been, I'd have wanted to check what additional ventilation options were available.

Overall fit for purpose (kids party). Hall is a good size although no ventilation aside from fire exit door (room has no open windows or AC). Access is hidden and requires more prominent signage.
