House rules

• Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before the start time
• Wait at the front entrance or gates, for a member of staff
• The black gate on Nutley Terrace will be unlocked 15 minutes prior to your booking. If this is your first booking, a member of staff will meet you at the gate and show you to the space.
• A member of staff will remain on site during the booking and will be available to help
• No smoking
• No vaping
• No alcohol, ever
• Bring your own bags and take the rubbish with you
• Leave promptly after your event
• Leave the space as you found it
• Do not fix decorations to the walls
• No glitter or confetti
• Open flame only permitted on birthday cakes
• Piano and Projector are not available for use

In the event of any damage to the space or any other part of the venue property, Sharesy reserves the right to make deductions from the payment method used.

We'll make sure to notify you in advance of making any deductions and will, whenever possible, provide you with photographic or other documentary evidence of the damage.
