Comprising high-end furniture and industrial features, the penthouse has concrete walls, a solid stone floor, 2 large balconies, a kitchen & bathroom and 45m of floor-to-ceiling windows.
Striking textures and warm tones are complimented by an abundance of natural light at all times of day from the north and south-facing windows. Styled with a cornucopia of plants, vibrant furniture and vintage pieces the Penthouse is a unique venue ideal for your private party, conference, product launch, business meeting, wedding, private dining, talk/conference, fashion exhibit etc.
A popular location for filming, fashion stills and advertising shoots, the Penthouse has been featured in the Evening Standard Style, Folio Magazine, Netflix and Wonderland, among many others.
Occupying the top floor of a Southwark Street property, the Penthouse has 263 sqm of floor space and 67 sqm split across two large balconies. Access is by lift into a lobby opening into the penthouse.

Additional chairs and tables available for hire if you'd need for cabaret, theatrical, U-shape, boardroom layout. Please get in touch for details.
Half day hire available from 8am to 1pm or 5 hours after 1:30pm. Otherwise it'd be consider as a full day hire. Minimum of 5 hours hire for advance booking. Additional cost for before 8am and can open until 11pm and weekends, contact for specific quote.
Low impact photoshoots/filming/events we can sometimes offer a discounted hourly rate and could be hired by hours. Please contact us for info.

- Please buzz our office ‘Southwark Square Ltd’ upon arrival and we will meet you on the 5th floor Penthouse directly. Thank you. There won't be a member of staff on site during your booking. If you have any issues contact the venue contact provided
- No loud music
- No vaping
- Alcohol must be approved by venue
- Ask venue staff for bags and dispose of rubbish on site
- Leave promptly after your event
- Leave the space as you found it
- Access time is the same as hire time. Use of balconies restricted from 10pm according to level of noise as we are next to a residential area. Maximum capacity 60 people in total. No fixings to be made to the walls. Noise to be kept at ambient levels during hire of venue. Kitchen available - no hob. No open flames. No smoking anywhere at the venue, including the outdoor balcony. No loud music. Corkage fee applies for bringing in your own drinks. Self-catering/external caterer allow with prior consent. Standard 60 day Cancellations 60 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations 60 days to 30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations for events starting within 30 days are non-refundable.

In the event of any damage to the space or any other part of the venue property, Sharesy reserves the right to make deductions from the payment method used.
We'll make sure to notify you in advance of making any deductions and will, whenever possible, provide you with photographic or other documentary evidence of the damage.
