Meeting Room Hire, Menier Meeting Room
The Menier Meeting Room is the perfect room for meetings, interviews, talking heads filming and small corporate away days. Floor to ceiling windows allow an abundance of natural indirect light to suffuse this room, whilst providing excellent views of London’s iconic City skyline from the Gherkin to Tate Modern and Southwark Cathedral at Borough Market.
The meeting room table seats up to 12 people, with a 75" Smart TV Screen and video conferencing kit available for your use. Catering and refreshments are provided by the onsite team with a concierge available to greet your guests and ensure the smooth running of your day. Disabled access via the lift.

Available on weekdays only (except Bank Holidays), access time is the same as hire time. Full day hire as in 8-hour between 8am to 6pm. Early or late access could be considered upon request.
Minimum of hire: Half day 4-hour. Half day hire is fixed timing for 4-hour before 1pm or 4-hour after 1.30pm. Otherwise it'd be considered as a full day hire.
The space is available to book by hourly one week in advance and subject to availability. Please contact us if you wish to book less than 4-hour.

In the event of any damage to the space or any other part of the venue property, Sharesy reserves the right to make deductions from the payment method used.
We'll make sure to notify you in advance of making any deductions and will, whenever possible, provide you with photographic or other documentary evidence of the damage.
