Lounge Spaces Hire, Menier Lounge
Situated on the first floor of a former chocolate factory, this stunning studio has floor to ceiling windows, industrial beams, cast iron red columns, feature brickwork and wooden floors throughout.
Boasting an abundance of natural daylight, and furnished with a variety of plush soft seating areas and a large dining table, the Menier Lounge is the perfect intimate space for photoshoots and filming.
Styled to create beautiful shoot opportunities with different backdrops at every turn, this location has become a popular studio for commercial and lifestyle photography, fashion and editorial shoots, interviews, music videos and performances.
The lounge is an open-plan and versatile space in a fantastic location just minutes walk from London Bridge station.
Minimum number of hours for advance booking: 5 hours. Half day hire available from 8am to 1pm or after 1.30pm. Otherwise it'd be consider as a full day hire.
Additional cost for before 8am and can open until 11pm and weekends, contact for specific quote.
Low impact photoshoots/filming/events we can sometimes offer a discounted hourly rate and could be hired by hours. Please contact us for info.

- Please buzz our office ‘Southwark Square Ltd’ upon arrival and we will meet you on the 5th floor Penthouse directly. Thank you. There won't be a member of staff on site during your booking. If you have any issues contact the venue contact provided

- ccess time is the same as hire time. Use of balconies restricted from 10pm according to level of noise as we are next to a residential area. Maximum capacity 60 people in total. No fixings to be made to the walls. Noise to be kept at ambient levels during hire of venue. Kitchen available - no hob. No open flames. No smoking anywhere at the venue, including the outdoor balcony. No loud music. Corkage fee applies for bringing in your own drinks. Self-catering/external caterer allow with prior consent. Standard 60 day Cancellations 60 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations 60 days to 30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations for events starting within 30 days are non-refundable.

We'll make sure to notify you in advance of making any deductions and will, whenever possible, provide you with photographic or other documentary evidence of the damage.
